Temporary installation – @ Clash, Oosterpoort Groningen – ApFab – 2009
At the cultural festival Clash, we placed a doormat at the entrance with the Coppyright painted on it. Visitors to the event were forced to choose: Will I tread on the logo, will I walk around it, or should I wipe my shoes off on it. Whatever you decide to do, your choice becomes of symbolic value. An overwhelming proportion of the visitors treaded on the copyright logo without being aware of this consideration.
